MINUTE SHEET

     A meeting of the Vidyalaya Management Committee of this vidyalaya was held in the office of the Principal, Kendriya Vidyalaya No.4, Jalandhar Cantt on 19-1-2010 at 11:00 am.  The following were present :-

1.  Lt Col Ajay Kaushik, Chairman Rep, HQ 91 Sub Area, C/o 56 APO.

2.  The GE (East), Jalandhar Cantt

3.  The AGE, O/o the GE (East), Jalandhar Cantt.

4.  Mr.Tarlochan Singh, Principal, Sri Guru Amar Dass Public School,   Jalandhar – as a VMC Member.

5.  Mr.S.C.Arora, Principal, CBSS School for Boys, Jalandhar Cantt -   as a VMC Member.

6.  Mrs.Sushma Puri, PGT (Chem), KV No.4, Jalandhar Cantt – as a VMC Member.

7.  Mr.R.K.Lomra, Principal and Member Secretary, KV No.4, Jalandahr Cantt.

    The meeting was started with a Welcome note by the Principal, KV No.4, Jalandhar Cantt.  The following points were discussed.

1.  Results The result of 1^st and 2^nd pre board was discussed in detail. The vidyalaya is arranging study camps in the morning and after school hours.  The help of Station Headquarter was sought in respect of students whose parents do not respond.  The Chairman rep assured that the parents will be contacted through respective units.  It was also decided to hold 3^rd pre board for class X at school level in the subject Maths, English and Social Science in respect of slow learners.

2.  Maintenance & repair work of primary wing and their account and refund of balance amount. MES authorities told to expedite the matter.

3.  Sanction for engaging an extra Security Guard/Sweeper due to huge area of 26 acres Approved as proposed.

4.  Transfer of land for the construction of permanent The issue of transfer of land for the construction of vidyalaya’s own building is in process.

5.  Issue of safety certificate of vidyalaya building The matter is to be again put through the Chairman, VMC.

6.  Allotment of staff quarters:   The allotment of staff quarters can be obtained out of Station Pool as per requirement subject to the condition that no quarter remain un-occupied if allotted.  The Principal will obtain the requirement and submit to the Chairman, VMC.

    The meeting came to an end after a vote of thanks by the Principal and with a cup of tea.
